I'm a fully qualified and insured MNU Certified nutritionist.

I will coach you to live a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that frees you from the endless cycle of dieting.

I specialise in fat loss and have helped clients with PCOS, Type 2 diabetes , IBS, heath disease and obesity.

I also work with sporting clients, helping them to improve performance through enhanced nutrition and have a particular interest in weight making sports and endurance events.

Not a 1 size fits all plan, It starts with your goal. We then create a plan of how to achieve it with the least disruption to your life. Making it more sustainable in the long run.

With you at the centre of the programme, this bespoke method of 1-2-1 coaching means you are supported all the way with daily coach contact and accountability.
